1. Who we are

rootviet is a brand of VN Đông Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), tax code 4202048428, Lot 34, Street B1, VCN Phước Hải, Nam Nha Trang ward, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam. Every contract is concluded with the Company.

2. What we provide

Advisory and administrative support for foreign nationals who wish to live and work in Vietnam: profile assessment, matching with a Vietnamese employer, preparation and filing of work-permit and temporary-residence-card applications, settle-in services, and the opportunity to participate as a capital partner in projects operated by the Company or its partners under a business cooperation contract (BCC).

3. What we do not promise

Work permits and residence cards are issued by Vietnamese authorities at their discretion. We do not guarantee approval. Distributions from any project are targets based on past results, are paid only from actual operating results, and may be lower than targeted or zero. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities or a bank deposit.

4. Reservation and deposit

A reservation holds a seat for 48 hours pending deposit, and for the review period after deposit. The deposit (500 USD, or 1,000 USD for Invest) is charged in Vietnamese dong at the day's rate through 9Pay and is governed by the Deposit & Refund Policy.

5. Your obligations

You confirm that the documents and information you provide are true and complete, that you hold the qualifications declared, and that you will perform the job under the labour contract you sign. Misrepresentation ends the engagement and forfeits fees already incurred.

6. Fees

Paperwork fees, add-on prices and capital contribution amounts are shown on this site and in your contracts. Fees for services already performed are not refundable.

7. Transfer of a seat

A capital seat may be transferred to a buyer approved by the Company, at a price based on the project's remaining value, subject to a transfer fee stated in the BCC. Residence status is personal and does not transfer.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, the Company's liability is limited to the fees you have paid to it for the service concerned.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first negotiated in good faith; failing that, they are brought before the competent court in Khánh Hòa province.
