1. Data we collect

Name, email, nationality, package of interest, city, background you describe, and technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, campaign source). After you reserve: passport, degree, police record, medical certificate and other documents required for permits.

2. Why

To assess your profile, prepare contracts and filings with Vietnamese authorities, process payments, keep you informed about your application, and improve this site. We process documents required by law on the basis of the contract with you and legal obligations; marketing contact only with your consent.

3. Who sees it

Our staff; the employer you are matched with; Vietnamese authorities handling your application; our payment provider (9Pay) for transaction data only; translation and legalisation providers; our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

4. Where it is stored

On servers located in Vietnam, protected by access control and encryption in transit.

5. How long

Lead data: 24 months from last contact. Application and contract data: the duration of the contract plus the retention period required by Vietnamese accounting and immigration law (currently up to 10 years).

6. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP you may access, correct, delete or restrict your data, withdraw consent, and object to marketing. Email hello@rootviet.vn; we reply within 72 hours.
